SHIPPING / RETURNS
Hanson Leather Co offers different types of products, including small goods such as wallets, jewelry, and other accessories. A majority of these items are readily available and can be shipped as soon as they are purchased. All bags and purses are made to order, meaning that they are crafted specifically for each customer after the order is placed. This process typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete.
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are fulfilled using USPS.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at hansonleatherco@gmail.com, so we can process your request.
Then place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return the address that is emailed to you.
We will take care of the return shipping costs by reimbursing the charges in the final refund amount.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged is not eligible for a refund
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and issue a refund via the original form of payment.
